Here at Siesta Key, we pride ourselves on making constant improvements. Since 2010, we have revamped our rental program policies, updated the carports, and continue to add new construction projects, as needed.
We have 11 stacks of condos that rise 12 stories high. Our building is one of the most unique condo rentals on Siesta Key because it is one of the tallest and has the most unique and recognizable shape. All 131 apartments have a waterfront view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
Our tower units have open-air hallways, new metal railings, and newly constructed lanais for many of the units. We also have a select number of ground-floor Villa units available for your vacation rental needs. The new lighting and fencing around the pool, and the new landscaping make a wonderful addition to your outdoor enjoyment when you want to swim in one of our two pools, or as you walk to our own private beach.

Monica Stefonek, our Properties Manager, manages all the properties in the rental program and helps our guests create a memorable Florida vacation.
Margo Shaffer, Rental Manager, graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business degree from Stetson University in 1997 and obtained her real estate salesperson license in 2000. She has been involved in property management for most of her career and is a member of the Sarasota/Manatee Board of Realtors.
Siesta Key Beach has been rated a #1 US Beach by Dr. Beach and the 2017 TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Award, as well as a #5 World Beach.
Here at Crystal Sands, we even have our own private beach: Crescent Beach!
