What is a Crystal Sands Villa?
We offer Crystal Sands Villas, luxury vacation rentals all located just two miles from Siesta Key Village. Our villas are situated in the front of the Crystal Sands condominiums, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Each has 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms of varying size and 1 to 2 bathrooms. They are closest to the Crystal Sands office and one of the complexes’ two heated pools. All rentals include fully stocked kitchens, cable TV, and free WIFI.
Guests enjoy private access to part of Crescent Beach, which is just a short walk under the shade of palm trees. At night, a lighted walkway allows you to enjoy nighttime trips to the beach safely. The Siesta Key beachside villas are easily accessible from Stickney Point Bridge, 200 yards from our driveway, and Point of Rocks is just a short walk away. As a popular snorkeling and fishing destination, this is a great place to take the whole family.
Numerous restaurants are located nearby, but no bars or other nightlife, so you can rest assured that there will be no noise or other disturbances throughout the night. However, if you want to head out further searching for more excitement, the free Siesta Key Trolley stops right near the villas and takes you anywhere on the island. You can go out anytime, and the trolley runs from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. If you need to get back later than this, taxis can quickly and safely return you to your Siesta Key rentals.
If you prefer your means of transportation, bikes and golf carts can be rented and taken just about anywhere on the island. The villa also is steps away from water sport rentals, like boat rentals, wave runner rentals, guided fishing trips, or Gulf parasailing trips. Downtown Sarasota is also just minutes away. It boasts quaint shopping villages, fine dining, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium, Myakka State Park, and John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art, among other things.

Crystal Sands Siesta Key is the largest beachfront condo complex in Siesta Key, meaning we have a lot more to offer, but you won’t feel like there are that many people around while staying in our Siesta Key villas. A villa stay genuinely feels like a piece of paradise!
Perks of a Villa
Besides its convenient location, there are many perks to staying in one of our villas. As rentals are separate, you will encounter less foot traffic and have more freedom to come and go as you please. While not attached to the condos, villa renters still receive all the perks of condo amenities, like the use of the pool, parking, etc. The villas are also slightly more spacious than condos, giving you more room to kick back and relax. Additionally, some villas include garages.
Rentals have a two-week minimum booking, except June 1st to September 30th, where there are one-week minimum stays. But considering how beautiful these villas are, you may not want to leave!
